In our life as a development team we have seen way too little good project briefs.

Let’s change that!

We made this brief template for anyone free to use. So we can all get better at running projects.

We used this document already in our own product, a self-hosted video sharing software.

We already had the kickoff meeting with the developer. We added his input into these slides.
